Freshly baked buns and milling grain
Open house at Aurion. You will be shown around by Jørn Ussing Larsen, who talks about the old cereal types. In the mill, you can see the grain being ground into flour and the Miller Bjarne Nielsen shows how the stone grinders and grain cleaning machines function. The stone ovens will be fired up in the bakery and baker offers a taste of the bread and buns.
